Having decided to pack up our lives and quit our jobs we are intending to travel from London to Vietnam. Mostly overland! We have a rough idea of an itinerary although we are taking a flexible approach and seeing where we end up.
So, who are we? We are Helen and Alan. We are both in our early thirties, we have both spent the last 10ish years living, studying and/or working in and around London and have reached a point in our lives where we fancy a change of scenery while we take the time to decide what we are going to do next with our lives.
We are new to blogging. This has been set up so our family and friends can keep tabs on us while we are away. This will also be a chance for us to practise and improve our writing and photography skills, skills that we tend not to use as much in our day to day lives, so it will hopefully be a fun experiment for us too. We hope you enjoy reading our blog.
